Hopefully Zillow can give you a satisfactory answer to this. I would like to reassure you however, that in any market, buyers who are bidding on a home depend on actual sales, not estimates of value or descriptions of property based on a website such as this fine one. Case in point, I sold a home years ago valued at $1,150,000 by this website. The actual price that we got for the home was a mind boggling $3,100,000; a far cry from the "guesstimate" of $1.150,000. When you are ready to sell, you can provide your Realtor with town records or a recent bank appraisal. Good Realtors will assure buyers of value by providing the correct information based on field cards and recent assessor records and if necessary measurements provided by a professional appraiser or architect.
How can I give you correct information on my house?
How can I provide more info so you can change it?
