Ellen it is only a Zestimate don't sweat it. No one in the Real Estate industry uses Zillow for any type of pricing information. One of my neighbors was having fun and their home now shows up at over 600,000.00 my home comes in at 205,000. Play with the features and size of the home and in a few weeks you can make it just about anything you want.

How can I increase the zestimate? It's wrong, way less than what home was appraised at $205K.
