Zillow has this information available for some houses on the charts page. Click on see more charts under the chart on the main house page and you will see a verification box to search for past sales. Texas is a non disclosure state so I am not sure if this info will be available for your area. Local realtors have access to pat sales prices in their MLS system, so that is another way to go if Zillow does not have them listed.

Most County Assessors have web sites that allow you to look up not only the past sales price but also the county assessed value. The web site in my county requires that you to enter the property address to gain this information. Bob Blanchard CPA

Any Realtor can pull a property history for you. They can work with the title companies to pull complete history and tax records for properties.

Just contact a local Realtor. They will have access to all MLS info which includes the property archive report.
