Hi thm22-

Your saved search emails can be unsubscribed from via the email itself.  Click on unsubscribe on each one you get (for different area).  You will then cease to get those.  At this time you cannot modify the searches so if you want a different one you will need to come back to the site to do a new search and save it.

For email alerts, if those are from our Advice section, you can log in and go to My Zillow > My Account.  From there you can manage those and other email subscriptions.
