Zillow Estimates are far better and more thorough than anything our assessing department can come up with.
Thanks for printing procedure info.

Your assessor will not accept your appeal if you are pinning it to Zesimates from Zillow. A Zestimate is an opinion and not an appraisal.
You need to find a short list of houses like your that have sold for less than your taxable value within the appeal period. Print out a list of home pages for those houses showing the sales price and date and along with the tax assessed value just in case. Also print out the median for your local neighborhood here and print the home page chart for your house showing whether it is valued by the assessor higher or lower than the median.
Your assessor hopes that you will show up with just Zillow paperwork in your hand, but you need raw information about local trends and sales instead. A local agent can often help you pull a list off the local MLS. Some will do it for free as a service or if you have worked with them before, others may charge a small fee to cover their time. It is worth it if you are not finding the comps you need on Zillow or if you need more.

I just pulled the report up on my home and there is a "print" option to the bottom right of the picture of the home. It made a pritable version of the data. That should do it.
How can I print a zillow page for my tax assessor, example for zip 48346?
