How can I question the value that zillow has placed on our home?

Our next door neighbor's house is being rented because it did not sell in 2 years.  It is smaller than ours and has base board heaters and wood stoves.  We have an almost new heat pump with electric furnace.  Same view but their is valued at $342 K and ours at $327K.  Our lot is also larger with a front and back yard.  They have no back yard at all.  I have been in both houses, have you?

I disagree - most folks have never even heard of Zillow and its algorithm and the question that user72247 asks is very valid. My personal view is that it is outrageous that a media company like zillow can peddle such meaningless valuations the way they do so and refuse all right of appeal by homeowners to correct or delete erroneous valuations.

No they haven't. Zestimates are computerized valuations, created  with publically available information. Most folks are aware of this and discount it accordingly. You can read more about zestimates here:
