I disagree - most folks have never even heard of Zillow and its algorithm and the question that user72247 asks is very valid. My personal view is that it is outrageous that a media company like zillow can peddle such meaningless valuations the way they do so and refuse all right of appeal by homeowners to correct or delete erroneous valuations.

No they haven't. Zestimates are computerized valuations, created with publically available information. Most folks are aware of this and discount it accordingly. You can read more about zestimates here:
