You can't delete it completely. Claim your property edit the description to what you want or put a "." in as the description if you don't want one to show.

Go to your home's details page and click on the EDIT button (under the picture).Then click CLAIM YOUR HOME. Once you have taken control you will be able to edit the text, picture, and update any inaccurate items. Good luck, these links might help:

This is most likely pulling from another old source like HOmes and Land or maybe the Real Estate Book for your area. If it was listed with an agent then they should be able to go into Zillow and remove that for you easily if they had an account or even if they didn't. They need to search for it in their own "listing" section. These types of issues happen because of this wonderful world interweb all the time.
