How can I remove the Zestimate from my listing?

I have the only listing with a Zestimate in this particular high end development. The listings have either nothing or the Company's logo.

The listed may have been syndicated from your Brokerage website or thru their agreement with the MLS to syndicate thru services such as ListHub.com . If the seller requests to have it removed (in writing), you could present such documentation, to have them selectively remove the listing from these sites.

But I would always make sure you have that request in writing from the Seller(s). Most of them want their homes advertised on as many sites as possible.

If you feel the Zestimate is inaccurate, you can note your reasons in the Q&A section, below each listing. But I personally wouldn't point it out, unless somebody else noticed it first...  Just my 2 cents....

Hi,
Homes can't be completely removed from Zillow. If the home exists in the public record, then it will be on Zillow. The reason why some listings of homes for sale have Zestimates and others don't is because sometimes when we get a listing we have a problem matching the address in the listing to the existing home in our database. If we can't match the address, we create a new property for the listing and that doesn't have a Zestimate on it.

There's some more information here in this video about the Zestimate for real estate professionals.

Your listing was actually in their database.  The other were created from an outside source.  You can claim your listing and input your Zestimate to get it more in line with what you believe the property is worth
