There are many ways to get this information. In our area of Florida, the appraisers site will get you comps to a particular property. Zillow has a function that you can use on site. The BEST way to get this information (FREE) is to contact a local Realtor who is a top producer in your area. You will likely want that Realtor to act as your buyer agent when purchasing the properties he/she looks up and comps for you.

Easiest way is to contact a local realtor in your neighborhood. The can pull the stats right off the local MLS and may have some inside knowledge of the ones that sold, like upgrades, interior condition etc. Most realtors would be more than happy to provide you with those comps.

You can get this information from many sites or you could just contact a Realtor like myself, its free and could be emailed. Hope this helps.

If you don't want to call a Realtor, you should be able to get this data from a title company. Walk in to one, ask them for a property profile including comps within a certain radius and time frame. You might even be able to get it by calling the office and asking them to email it to you.

Many Realtors who use Top Producer also subscribe to a service called Market Snapshot which will do this for you on a 3 week ongoing basis....It's a great tool and easy to read....well worth the investment I make into it....

Dear Bufordja. Contact an agent near the subject property and ask if they would provide you with a current market analysis. I would not try to find the info myself online - too much erroneous information and you won't be in a position of proving or disproving.

How can I see a list of all the comparable homes that sold in a given neighborhood.
When I provide an address of a property for sale, I want to see the comps of similar properties that have sold in the same neighborhood. The list I want should have the address, distance from the subject property, sale date, sale price, number of bedrooms and baths, square footage, etc,.
