If it was you that inputed or listed the home fizbo then you may have to log into your old account and cancel or delete your listing.  If someone else put the listing in under their account then I would contact them.

When you listed it, you went on line, created an account, just sign in again and then you should be able to access.
Congratulatons on going with a professional. It really makes a difference. We work hard for our clients, marketing, staging and presenting a home to get it sold....its not about sticking a sign in the ground and advertising it on one or two websites. My to do list for a sale has well over 150 things 'to do'
Hope your home sells quickly!

The listing agent may need to go into his/her zillow account and post the new listing.  Hopefully that will switch it from FSBO to the broker.  If that doesn't work, contact zillow directly.
Hope this helps a little,
Jane
