How can a condo for sale just disappear in a day?

I saw a condo for sale which was listed by an agent and then a few days later, it's not listed as being sold, for sale, pending, etc.  What can this be.  It was only listed for about 2 or 3 weeks.

As others said it might be a withdrawal or just a temporarily off the market situation- there are a lot of reasons a person has to put the sale of their home on hold.  The best thing to do is contact either the listing Realtor or a buyer's agent and ask them to research it for you and find out.  Who knows what could happen.  Now if it is a HUD or a foreclosure and it dissappeared of the market...it seems no one has answers for those. Those we have to wait just to find out if/when they might get re-listed.  Either way, Good LUCK.

It was most likely withdrawn by the seller, if they have an accepted offer it would show as pending. If you need help looking I can help, just give me a call.

Good luck,

Google or Bing the complete property address. If it is for sale, it should come-up in the first few search results. Or, if you can find a way to access the Tulsa MLS, the condo could be found this way.

Finally, call a Realtor or send a message, via Zillow, to one or more of Tulsa's prominent or trustworthy Realtors.

Best of luck!

There are many possibilities.   Perhaps there is an offer, or perhaps the owner decided not to sell it
