That's because this home is already in escrow. It is pending. You should find yourself a buyer's agent who can send you listings that are available for sale and not in pending status. Then you can call that agent to show you homes.
It is also very useful to get preapproved for a loan so the agent who takes you out to show you homes knows that you are prepared to write an offer when you find a home you like. It's almost impossible to write an offer without a preapproval letter.

If you do these 2 things, that will help you to buy a home much faster than posting on Zillow, OK?
