You have a few options to get the value on your home, results do vary...
1. Use online websites
2. Get an appraisal through your mortgage company
3. Have a professional real estate agent value your home for the purpose of sale.
The real value comes down to what value a buyer would pay to own the home and what amount the lender will give the buyer to purchase the home based on appraisal. The value a real estate professional would place on your home will either be a great value that will get buyers knocking your door down to sell fast or a value that soothes you ego and leaves you on the market too long with little interest from qualified buyers.

Click the Homes tab.
Type your address in the search box at the top of the page and click Go.
If we have your home and a Zestimate for it, then you will see it on the map.
