zillow uses an algorithm which does not include condition. Part of the data that is used comes from the public tax records and the other factors are beds, baths and swuare footage. Location, schools conditions and other factors do not come into their estimates. As an owner you can claim your own home and make comments to it but it won't adjust their estimate.
