How can i have my home removed from the sales listing?

Profile picture for mgrowj
My home is not for sale. However, it is listed for sale on Zillow.com. I have notified Zillow.com through the "problem with this listing" tool unsuccessfully multiple times. I have confirmed with an agent that the house is not active in the MLS. For safety reasons, I am requesting someone from customer service please remove this listing.
Please follow up with me via email for the property address.

I flagged your post to bring it to the attention of customer service in the morning (west coast time).

Often agents put the property both in the MLS as well as in a number of feeds to other sites that are not MLS. (Removing from the MLS alone is not sufficient to remove all their feeds, but many agents skip removing it from the other sites.)    While you are waiting, open your home details page and scroll to the very bottom.   Is there a blue listing website that is active?   That would be the root of the problem.    Also, google your address.  How many sites show it for sale?

Zillow is not syndicated with most MLSs (of which there are approximately 700 in the US).

I just contacted Rachael at zillow customer service to have my homes removed from the site. However, mine are listed thru MLS and thats where zillow picks it up. Good luck.
