As the new owner, you have to flag the house to let Zillow know that you want to claim your house. Just use the yellow "edit" pencil under the main house photo to "report problem with listing'. Then select "incorrect ownership claim".

Let Zillow know in that comment box about the MMM and that you want to claim your house. They'll remove the old owner claim and then the MMM will come down.
