Welcome to Zillow Berni:   Zillow does not tend to address questions about Zestimates on individual properties.   You can look at the data on your property to see how it compares with the other properties.  Include in your analysis previous sales price as well as tax assessments, are data complete or are there missing values.  Also consider the value range for each property rather than just the Zestimate.
