How can my townhouse have the lowest value and have over $15,000 in extras?

Our Townhouse has $15,000 in extras, porcelin floors, dual security system, ceiling fans throughout, marble counter tops, special windows, pocket doors, additional insulation in walls, dual attic ladders, vented kitchen hood, dual sinks, maple kitchen cabinets and almost no use.  I can't understand your rating system only one other unit has this price on it?  Photos on request.
