First of all. I did not claim to be the agent on this home. I worked with Matt Sprunt at Dream Wright Realty he was the listing agent. I had an agreement with him to put his listings on my site for additional exposure on homes.com. The listing had his contact information. If you have any additional questions, please feel free to contact me. 801-913-2463. Sorry for the confusion. I was simply trying to help find a buyer for this home to help the home owner reach their goal.
