I always start with the seller of the particular unit for all of the fees that are associated with their unit. Then I advise my clients to contact the management association to double check that you have gotten all of the correct information. The seller may not be aware of recent changes or have forgotten something.
If there is not an active listing in the complex, you just need to find an owner to put you in contact with the management group for their particular property.
Reputation is tricky. You have to find people who live there- or better yet- used to live there and see if you can get the scoop! The management association also should have the numbers for sold/foreclosure.

How can someone find out about the condominium fees? Such as the association fees, maintenance fees?
Also, how can someone find out about the reputation of the condominium complex, the neighbors, the percent of sold units, the percent of units on foreclosure (if any) etc
