Best answers?
I rarely pay attention to that count for my profile... it is quite irrelevant to me. I mostly occasionally check the counts to find out the deletion ratio.
But the right margin on the Forum topics list pages indicates 178 best answers; while the Q&A sub-page of my profile indicates 173 best answers, implying that 5 of the best answers are for "discussions", which is supposed to be technically impossible, but there was a bug for about a week.
Anyway, I have no idea where you look for the count of "best answers" to discussion threads that are not "Q&A".

Some people prefer Apple products to Microsoft.
Some people prefer Nikon products to Canon.
Some people prefer Nestle products to Hershey's.
Some people prefer GM products to Ford.
Some people prefer HP products to Epson
Some people prefer the Lutheran Church to the American Baptist Church.
I just happen to prefer the American Association of Realty Agents to the National Association of Realtors®.

My glasses are never half empty they are always "FULL" --- they are auto -refilling, and they are "over-designed" to prevent spilling...

No, I don't hate anyone. Bin Laden and Muammar Gaddafi are welcome in my neighborhood anytime.

Pasadenan how do you get away with such a hatered post where you hate NAR thus means any realtor associated with NAR. Glass is not always half empty, it is half full as well. See the brighter side. As for as I understand, the purpose of these posts is to gain business by helping people, not to bash others.
Bob Thank you for standing up.

"And why did a Realtor® resurrect a thread from well over a year ago?"
OOOOH, good, let me guess.
For the same reason a Zillow windbag ( 17000+ "contributions", and only ONE best answer? Yikes! Talk about irrelevancy! ) from Pasadena is stalking Realtor comments, from all over the country?
Actually, ANY agent, with access to the MLS - upon stepping inside both the property in question, AND comparable properties in the surrounding area - will be able to provide a much more precise estimate of present value, than a computerized system, like Zillow's.
Boots on the ground wins every time.

Realtors® are not licensed appraisers, and even an appraisal will not be the "exact" market value.
Boycott the National Association of Realtors®.
Join the American Association of Realty Agents instead.
As for "amenities" on the estimates; that is only taken into consideration by the last sold price adjusted for last sold date, and the tax assessed value.
So who is paying too much or too little taxes, and why? And who paid too much or too little for their home, and why?
And why did a Realtor® resurrect a thread from well over a year ago?
Is that the type of timely response we can expect from such a Realtor®

You can contact local realtor to find out the exact value of the property. I will be glad to help.

How can the house next to one house, with same exact measurements be over $20,000 less in valuation?
