Unfortunately, you have to do a mapped search. I have a home for sale in Owen Park on Union Avenue (it's under contract right now), but the legal name of the subdivision for that house is Park Hill addn amd, and it's less than 1/2 block from the "Historic Owen Park" sign. So, what we know as "Owen Park" is made up of several legal subdivision names that you would have no clue to search for.
The house I owned in Florence Park was legally called Exposition Heights. I sold a house across the street that was in Avondale subdivision. There are actually 22 subdivisions in the 1/2 square mile we call Florence Park.
