I would always offer 3% to a real estate agent willing to bring you a buyer. When I first started I would call FSBO's to show their places. Now there are so many listed places to show that I can keep my buyers happy with those. Perhaps you should contact a licensed real estate agent about listing your home. I do a great job. 208-761-2551.

While I can't tell you how to edit it out, are you really sure you wish to make that choice? You'll be cutting out probably 90 to 95% (perhaps more) of your potential buyers if you do.
How can we change/edit out the area that states we are willing to work with a buyers agent?
