The listing person can remove the posting by clicking on the X next to the listing. I had one on there for 2 years and it was listed under my favorites. That is how I finally figures it out!

Is the property showing up as for sale or simply showing up on zillow? If it is listed for sale on zillow but not active in the MLS you can report the problem to zillow. If the house is simply showing up on zillow - they have millions of homes with basic information from public records across the country. There is no way to delete basic information.
If you are listing the house for sale you can "claim" the listing & edit the details of the home & asking price.
Good luck!

Not my listing now but I have sold it 2 times since the person who owned it at the time listed it on Zillow. Not a Realtor.
How can we get you to remove a home that the owner listed and has sold 2 times since?
