How can you correct a zestimate that is plainly wrong?

When I see a zestimate that is more than 200% over market it leads me to question all info. on Zillow.com. Check out 8 Kenwood Drive, Sicklerville, NJ 08081. The average condo in this complex is valued at about $130K. This average condo is valued at $313K. The average sale price in this complex is about $105K. These figures are all from your site. How is this possible? I have no ties to this condo and I and not a sales rep. I read your guide on how you compute a zestimate but bad info in means bad info out. It reflects on the accuracy of your website
