If your house is showing as a foreclosure on Zillow, the information is probably coming from foreclosure.com. You can contact them directly to get it taken off here and they will remove it. If you have an agent that is wrongly listing your house, their contact information should be located at the bottom of the page next to the "listing provided by" hotlink.

I can understand why you are upset. If you flag your house using the yellow "edit" pencil under the main house photo Zillow will look into it, but it is faster to go directly to the agent or to foreclosure.com. That will also make sure that your house is not shown on other websites other than Zillow. Hope it helps.

The fastest solution is to claim your home and edit the property description.   With Zillow consolidating feeds from all over the country, there are times when errors happen. (www.foreclosure.com is notorious for their lousy info.)   Zillow isn't manually adding these statements.  Therefore, while someone goofed somewhere, the fact it is easy to fix is good.

Perhaps if the person that posted the info had to respond to it,it would be done correctly.  I shouldn't have to correct someone else's error!!! And we wonder what has happened to this country!!

You can't post a home that is not Real Estate Owned as Real Estate Owned on this site, or any other site for that matter.  A site, one that is consider not accurate or up-to-date like Zillow.com might make a mistake, listing a home incorrectly as a REO, as it sounds like is the case here.  I would contact Zillow.com Customer Service ASAP, and they should resolve this for you.  Best of luck.

I have seen this happen before.  Usually it's a mistake that was made when a property transfers and they have the wrong lot and block information on the deed.  Try reseaching at your local courthouse and see if you can get them to correct the information. There are other sites that probably have your information wrong as well.
