How can you tell if the home is for sale or rent on the listing page? It seems that there is no way

It seems that the colored arrow system isn't accurate here for the MI listings. I see a for sale price only to look at the listing and see that it's a rental. And that is for all of the Suburban areas listed.

When searching for homes on the main page of Zillow, be sure to only select "Homes for Sale" There's an option on the left hand side of the page to select or un-select other options.  IE: For Rent, Recently Sold etc.

Give me a call, or send me an email.  I would like to further discuss your needs with you.  I can send you homes that meet your criteria as they become available.

Try narrowing the search down to a dollar amount higher than lease prices which should weed out the rental homes. For instance, start the search out at $5k to avoid all of the leases priced at less than this amount. Or, just get in contact w/ a local agent who can run a more accurate and up-to-date search for homes within your criteria. I hope that helps!
