How can zillow zestimate this home at 251K and next door at 195 Stutz 304K?

This house was built in 1995, and has over 1500 square feet. #195 was built in 1990 and has 1300 square feet.  This makes no sense. (Taxes on 175 are low due to Senior Freeze-this should not effect value)  Explain large discrepancy in valuations.

I agree with you about the valuation discrepancy.  I usually tell buyers that Zillow values are approximations and can be off by 20% one way or the other...  and of course they rely on nearby sales comparables!
