How come Zillow is missing two recent sales in my neighborhood?

I don't know why they would not show up on Zillow. They show up on realtor.com probably because the listing agent submits the final sale price/date. On Zillow is comes from data providers that get it from the public record so it can take extra time, but still a sale in June and August should show up.
