Now Zillow lists this as sold as of Sep 1.

In answer to the last question, I'm interested in finding something that works - that is, a high value purchase eased by a strong professional team.

This property was last sold in 2006, and doesn't appear as one of the four that are actively offered for sale as of this writing. Neither is it among the pending sales.

Is it possible that the owner tried to do a "Make me move" estimate to see if anyone is willing to pay him a certain price for his condo, but isn't really offering the property for sale?

Are you interested only in this condo, or do you want info on the properties that ARE for sale?
