Well these are the facts.
He is not personally licensed in Virginia, Washington DC, Delaware or Maryland.
He is a convicted Felon (Sexual exploitation of children 11/29/2005).
He is a registered sexual offender.
He was issued a cease and desist order to stop originating loans from his home state of Georgia in 12/09.
He is a confirmed lender and quoting on Zillow.
Every statement above is true and part of the public record.
Why is this relevant?
The question was: "How credible are the list of confirmed lenders at Zillow mortgage market place."
The answer is obvious if this person is still sending out quotes.

If he's a child sexual offender, how does that speak of his capability to provide you an excellent loan? There was great discussion about him several months ago on these boards.
Also, he wouldn't be licensed, if that was on his record. Zillow would not allow someone that's not licensed to sell loans from leads from their website, would they? Oh, that's right, they're not leads, there CICs.

Really? That's interesting because Vance Bibb, a known child sexual offender, is still quoting on this site. Mortgage America Bankers just keeps changing their profile name. This is the current one they are operating under.

Kiyas...Confirmed from a Zillow point of view just means that Zillow checked to make sure we are actually lenders and licensed to do business in the state we are working in. You are going to have to do your due diligence with any lenders that you are thinking about. You can start by looking at the reviews and see what others have said about their experiences.
