Zillow is a good basic tool to educate oneself in very basic ways. But if you are looking for an up-to-date home search engine, Zillow is probably not your best resource.
I provide a website that provides the most consumer friendly advanced home search engine in Utah. However, it still runs one day behind. It is still much better than UtahRealEstate.com, but nothing can compete with the actual MLS that we use.

Every feed is processed every day. This is where we get our listings that come to us from thousands of brokerages and listings syndicators. If we have stale listings on the site it's because the listings are still (incorrectly) in the feed from one of those providers. To alert them of the issue, look for the Listing Source information at the bottom of each listing or you may tell us the address in question and we'll be glad to follow up with them.

Many on Zillow are outdated and the rest do not represent the entire inventory. My own keep dropping off Zillow and it is frustrating.
Realtor.com is better or a local Realtor MLS would be best.
