When choosing website domains (I've owned a few) I go to a register website to check availability of domain names. You can also check websites that have lists of recently expired domains (they are often sucked up faster than you can get them, but it can give you an idea of domain names that DON"T work).

I decided to think of something catchy that would be easy to remember. I'm a new agent and thought it would be helpful for marketing purposes to be "top of mind" if possible.

Hello Ryan.. There is advice here on the web on this subject.. The best domains are those that have feature information about a certain neighborhood or area.
Like the OldNortheastHomes.com    I would try to avoid.. Myrealtoregoname.com and focus more on what the customer is looking for ..
