Today’s real estate market requires the successful agent to have a strong online presence. They should know which online sites draw traffic (Like Zillow) that will gain your home the greatest amount of exposure and see to it that your home is listed on as many of these sites as possible.

Make sure before you entrust the sell of your home to any Realtor, you take a look at the agent and Company web site before signing a listing contract.
