Is local government killing us from any kind of realistic recovery...and are our so called friends really going to be the main contributors to our demise? You be the judge...?!

What is killing the recovery is a lack of jobs and too many would be homeowners with burned credit who cannot buy with zero down anymore.

What is your national agent organization doing to put the market back on a sustainable path?

Are you really looking to the US govt to help the RE market by making it easier for consumers to buy houses? After they set up the market for the big pfffffffffffffft?

Absent an artificial market/support for loans to people who shouldn't get them and a repeat of the 2000's, having the supply contract should be good for REAs - at least, those that have the business acumen and intelligence to survive a much needed contraction of the overall industry.
