How do I COMPLAIN about the valuation of my house on Zillow?

Your determination of the value of my house does not even include how many bedrooms (There are three) or these facts: new roof, two living rooms, a fireplace, a finished basement with three plus rooms, new windows, and many other features which you have no knowledge of - yet you presume to under-value my house. Your guesswork is shameful, lacking the details needed to place a legitimate "ballpark" value on the house. I worked hard on this house and you take a blind, totally bogus guess. Is that fair? My address is 947 Hunt Drive, Toms River, New Jersey 08753.

remodeled square footage now 1298 sq ft was 898.  cost approx 35000.00.  fire place wood floors french doors surround of the 898 sq ft new kitchen in2001 wood floors new windows 9500.00 2 new bathrooms.

Okay, you've complained. 

If your house has facts that are incorrect, such as the number of  rooms, claim the home and correct those facts.   Zillow gets the home facts from your county assessor (in most states), so if they are not up to date Zillow will not be up to date.   (Updating in Zillow does not over write the county's facts, but allows interested parties to know you've added to your home.)

Indeed, Zestimates do not include updates such as spiffy new windows, gold faucets, travertine tiles and other things that add value.  Nor do they include mold, holes in walls etc.  So, skipping those for your home is fair because they are not included for any one.
