Hi,

I think the "adding it to Zillow" question was answered already, but
If you are using it in calculating your own homes value, you factor the dollar per sq. ft. living area in with the rest of them as you calculate the Average dollar per sq. ft. living, then make adjustments for difference in condition, and other factors if it meets the criteria for a good comparable.

You cant, Zillow already probably has it, if not, and if it is a true comparable, Zillow will factor in its value shortly.
