How do I add a home that is not listed on your site?

I checked, did not find my home (actually a MOBILE Home) which has been at the same spot thru at least three owners and 15+ years.   If I ant to add it can I or do you have to go thru the Property Tax records?   How often are those updated?   We have lived here for 5 years!
