How do I adjust my Zillow estimate?

I own a loft at 1112 Carson Ave 89101, my neighbors (1110 Carson) loft which is the exact loft and floor plan estimates at almost double mine which I think is way more accurate.  How do I get my estimate to reflect this comp?
Thanks
Rob

Its a challenge, have you claimed your home?
Here is Zillows link about zestimates. If you have had it appraised, I would suggest in the remarks section put down the date of the appraisal and how much it appraised for or if an agent did a comparative market analysis, same thing, the date and how much
I have flagged you too for someone from Zillow to take a look at your loft.
