Zillow does their customer support mainly here on the advice board especially for issues like editing home facts. I do not think that you just call them to have them change the facts. Besides contacting them here in Advice is faster and more efficient.

It is very simple to change/edit the details.  Simply click on the pencil/edit button and you can change what you wish.  You can also contact Zillow by phone for assistance.

Homeowners can claim their house and edit their home facts on Zillow. It is quick and easy to do. Go to your main home page and use the yellow "Edit" pencil under the house photo to claim and then to edit the facts.

The change to your home facts is immediate. If there is a change in your Zestimate as a result of the edited facts, that takes a few weeks to show up in the Zestimate. Hope it helps.
