Changes made to any one of these values could have an impact on your Zestimate value if our algorithm determines that the change should measurably impact the estimate. Your Zestimate won't however change immediately based on changes you make to the core facts; it could take several months.
The information you enter into the estimator tool about the value of any remodeling you may have done is not part of the homes core facts and will not impact its Zestimate value in any way.

you didnt really answer my ? will zillow correct their information based on my updated info & when will that happen ...because of their misinformation they could be hurting my house sales

Please note that Zillow base the Zestimate value from the home's public records. There is no way that Zillow can physically go and see every home's renovations, that is why a good realtor is the only one that can give you the true market value of your home. I see that you have already claimed your home and created your own estimate. You may publish your estimate publicly so that users can see your added renovations.

How do I advise zillow that their zestimate is inaccurate due to their not having updated info?
