Answering questions and providing information on Zillow advice is great way to build an online reputation. You can sign up for question alerts for your coverage areas so you can reply directly to local questions. There is information on setting up a free listings feed to Zillow here and many agents use sites like listhub or postlets to send listings.
Zillow can tell you more about their agent programs here and they have several videos that might be useful. One on creating a great profile page on Zillow here, one on earning the local expert badge here and one on getting your all star badge here. Hope the links help. I'd love to hear about your local market so I hope you post again soon.

"recognized" listings? As in "featured"? On your profile, (click your user name, or your avatar, or click "my Zillow" in the upper right corner of any Zillow page), chose "listings" from the left margin, and then "create a new listing", and then give the info, your credit card information, and pay $39.95 for six months each.
If you are asking how to get them to show up on the site from the Multiple Listing Service; Zillow has no direct connection to the MLS. You will need to post on a site that provides autofeeds to have them show up automatically on Zillow at no cost to you.
For "advertising", or to be listed as a "premier agent", click on the "advertise with us" link at the bottom of any Zillow page.
