If your home is listed in your county's MLS correctly than that's the most important thing!!
1st- Claim your listing! It's under the picture area..there's a small EDIT tab, select that you are the owner.
Then use this as a guide- Zestimates are terribly inaccurate (they are not licensed appraisers this is more customized to your home)
