Hello. I have an idea that might you get your house back from agent Castelli here. Unfortunately, I think that some shady agents that do this as a form of lost leader advertising while other agents just lose track of their feeds. Either way, it is wrong, needs to be removed and as an owner you have the right to control your home information.
At the bottom of the home page you will see a link that says "listing provided by". Click on that link and email that link to the agent directly with a bcc back to yourself for proof. Ask that the listing be removed and tell them if they don't remove it within 3 business days, you will file a complaint with their board here. Tell him that you will also be sure to follow up in small claims court for $1000 in damages if it is not removed. I have no doubt that the agent will remove the listing ASAP. Do it Monday morning and it should be gone before Thursday morning.

Ah - more critical clues. No wonder we weren't helpful. If you are seeing "report problem with listing" it suggests an agent has control over the house. Assuming you don't have it on the market, you will need to identify the agent and get them to cancel their data feed. (I'm assuming you don't have the house on the market, if I'm wrong with that assumption, then you should leave it alone).
To identify their data feed, scroll to the very bottom of the page and you'll most likely see a blue "listing source" or "listing website". Click on it and then you can identify the agent. Ask them to get it off the feed promptly (once again assuming you don't have the house on the market). Once it is out of the feed, in <72 h the house should now be available to claim.

Thank you for your answers, but I am still not able to edit the info. Under the edit button all I can do is send them (Zillow) a message (Report problem with Listing). There is no other opition to do anything. I have sent many messages, but no one has contacted me and nothing has changed. Does anyone have any other idea's.

It depends on the type of information of concern. You can claim your home and edit much of the information including square feet, rooms, lot size etc.

I would be curious to find out. I have a three unit home that is listed over 1000 square feet less than the actual square footage and a missing 1 bedroom, Where does Zillow get their info ????
How do I cahnge incorrect info on my house? I e-mailed Zillow several times but on response.
