You just need to request the agent remove the claim on the home; it is something you can then claim as the owner ; You could try to claim the home as the owner and it may allow you to do so; or report a problem if claim to home cannot be made after you request the agent to remove from their list.
good luck;

First scroll down to the bottom of the page,find the agent, and call them to ask them to quickly remove the ad. You can then go into My Zillow , top right and claim the home and write your own ad. If the agent can't for some reason remove the ad, at the bottom of that page, 'report a problem'
Best of luck to you on your private sale.
