HI there Kathy,
My company sends out our listings that end up on zillow through listhub. If your company is on IRES then your employing broker most likely has taken advantage of listhub as well to syndicate the listings for your company. I have noticed myself it takes a while for them to be removed. You may want to ask your employing broker to look into your companies listhub account and see if they can make changes from that source.
Best,
April Neuhaus

Probably the listing is in a data feed coming to Zillow, so getting rid of it requires removing it from the data feed. (Data feeds overwrite manual changes). In order to find out the data source, scroll to the very bottom of the property details page and look for the blue listing source. Identify it, and inactivate it at the root.

How do I cancel a listing permanently on Zillow?
