Zillow's estimates are wrong because they are using county accessed values, that are often behind the trends in recent sales.
In Houston (and all of Texas), sale prices are NOT public record. Zillow only can access public records and do a broad average. Your home's value is compared to other homes similiar in size, age, area and most importantly...recently sold. All this is done by your local Realtor.
Don't cancel the listing, but suggest to your Realtor to look into adding information on your home's listing as it appears on Zillow.
Good Luck

I wouldn't concern myself too much, the zestimate is rarely the same as the listing price....it is just an automated estimate. Consumers are smart enough to know it is not always accurate.

First, I would not trust Zillows Zestimate value for your listing. They are very often not accurate. Your agent is hopefully knowledgeable about your local market and has priced your home correctly based on your needs and the time frame in which you hope to sell. Have you spoken to your agent about this?
If you do choose to cancel your listing, you need to look at what your options are under the contract. It is most likely written to expire on a certain date. I am not sure what you mean about a refund on the cost of the listing, as you shouldn't have incurred any costs to list it- fees would typically be paid at closing when a Realtors commission is said to be earned and payable.
I would encourage you to voice your concern to your agent and give him/her the chance to show you local sales data that supports your current asking price.

How do I cancel my listing?
