Zillow is free and has no trial membership. You may be asking about foreclosure.com. They do have a 7 day trial memebership and they advertise on Zillow.
You would have to cancel directly with them. The information on canceling is here on foreclosure.com under "cancellations". There is also a contact form for that site here. Hope it helps.

Hi Msjones63 -
Having the account is free of charge. You only need to pay if you are going to post a house for sale/rent directly in Zillow. As I can see in your account, you didn't post a house for sale/rent so there should be no charges. You can email me directly or reply to this thread if you still need help with this.
Thank you.
Neil

How do I cancel my trial membership from Zillow before they charge my card?
