Hi Jonathan -

To change your service areas, go to the Profile section of your ccount and click on the Edit button at the right end of the Real Estate Professional bar. You will be directed to the page where you can update the info.

Login to your "My Zillow" and click the "edit" button thats located on the upper right hand above your picture.  About half way down you can add your service areas.
