Hi Budman5 -
You need to take down the MMM posting in order for you to post it for sale.
Here are the steps to remove the MMM price:
1. While currently logged in to your account, Click My Zillow then Favorite Homes and the address.
2. On the home's detail page, click on Remove Make Me Move® price that can be found below Tools at the left-hand side of the screen.
3. This will lead you to the next page, choose your reason of taking down the price.
After that, find the Post home for sale then just follow the instructions on how to list your home.
Please let us know if you need further assistance.

How do I change from "Make me move" to "For sale"?
